1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LuxHolz's services and products. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. LuxHolz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website.

2. Product Information and Pricing

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product information is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by LuxHolz. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved business customers, or as otherwise agreed in writing. For new customers, payment may be required in advance or upon delivery.

4. Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery dates are estimates only and LuxHolz is not liable for delays. Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery to the agreed location. Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery and report any damage or defects within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Warranties

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from LuxHolz. Custom or specially ordered items are not returnable. We warrant our products against manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product type and are specified in the product documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

LuxHolz's liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the products sold.

7. Force Majeure

LuxHolz is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, pandemic, or supplier failures.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
